Geoff and Felicia February news

So I know we didn't post too long ago but I thought I would do it before I forget. Allston's first birthday is coming up next month and I am so excited! It will be my first time planning a birthday party for my own kid. I wish I had all the money in the world to give him everything, my mom always gave Danay and I the best birthdays. We re going to have his party on the 1st of March at 4pm at my mom's house 7998s 3725w west jordan. I will send out invitations soon but I thought would put the address on the website in case you loose the invitation like I always do.
Geoff is still enjoying his job and I am enjoying having him home so much so is Allston. The only badthing is Allston is used to Geoff being home so when he is at work it's hard on Allston. While we play downstairs he keeps pointing at the door saying dada, it makes me sad. Geoff and I are also starting up a little business doing videography for weddings and other special occasions, we have a website set uo howellstudios.8k.com. It will be really fun if we can make some money doing it after all that is the kind of thing Geoff went to school for.
We also started up a fresh water fish tank and Geoff has been spoiling me and buying me a new fish just about every week, and new plants to decorate the cage. Our guppy Lady Houdini had lots and lots of babies that are doing well. We have transfered them from thier little birthing tank thing to thier own more roomy 1 gallon tank that is so cute it came with a light and a bubble maker thingy. I love animals, they are so fun!

January--Price Family

I'm trying to do what Mindy said, and write at least once a month, but honestly, we're just not that interesting. Life just kind of rambles on at a slow, but happy pace, without a whole lot of excitement.

Troy has been extra busy at work, and usually has to stay late (added onto his 10 hour days). This doesn't give him a whole lot of time with the family, and some days he doesn't get to see the kids at all. He leaves before they're awake, and comes home after they're in bed. He's such a good husband, though, and we're thankful he works so hard to support our family.

I've not been doing a whole lot besides being the mom, cleaning the house, and shoveling the darn snow off the driveway. I joined a women's Bible study that meets once a week, and we're reading the book Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World, which I'm really enjoying. I've read a lot of great books in the past couple of months. Other than that, I've just been enjoying Troy, the kids, church, and occasionally visits with friends.

Kaitlyn is doing okay. She's not doing so great in school, so we've really been working on that, and she's spent quite a bit of time grounded until she makes up missed work. She's in something called Up With Kids where they learn how to act and such, and will eventually put on a play at the end. She enjoys that, but keeps saying she wants to get back into cheerleading. She goes to Club 56 on Mondays, which is for the 5th and 6th graders at our church, and she really enjoys that. It's a fun chance for her to get out with kids her age.

Kevin is my sweet little boy, as always. He's in preschool, and he's learning so much. He's learning to write all his letters. He's also a little singer. Often throughout the day I hear him singing some song or other, either one he learned at preschool, or his favorite, "We Will Rock You". Lately I've even heard him reciting the pledge of allegiance, with his little hand over his heart. He's such a joy!

Ethan is growing way too fast, and when he's not sick (which is way too often) he's full of smiles and hugs. One of the things he always does when he's sitting on my lap is grab my hands and put them on his face. He really likes this, for some reason. He can say a few words, like dad, mom, bye, and more. Just the easy ones that he needs to get by. Otherwise he just points to what he wants, which can lead to a wild goose chase some days. Especially on the days when he's not feeling well, and he doesn't really know what he wants.

The only fun, exciting thing we did in January was yesterday, when we took the kids to the Circus. Kaitlyn and Kevin really enjoyed it, and Ethan enjoyed eating popcorn. The two older kids even got to ride an elephant, which cost the ridiculous price of $7 each for a couple minutes of riding. Oh well, how often do you get to ride an elephant? And with that thought, I'll end.
